Refund policy
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients delighted with their purchases. In fact, that's a huge part of why I do what I do. Unfortunately, due to the custom-made nature of my products as well as their production processes, all sales are considered final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will therefore be honored unless your order arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards purchases are also non-refundable.
While it's super rare for orders to arrive damaged, accidents during transit can occur from time to time. Therefore, it's important that you immediately inspect your order upon receipt and contact info@natmazin.com within 24 hours of delivery if any damage or defect is found. Please ensure that you keep all of the original packaging, packing materials, and labels so a damage claim can be filed with our respective shipping partner.
Included in your order you will also find an insert with the heading "Shipping Damage Claim Requirements". Be sure to keep this insert as it includes a list of supporting photos that you will need to provide in order to have the damage claim filed on your behalf. Once a claim has been filed, agreeable and convenient resolution arrangements will be made to rectify the situation, whether that be covering the cost of glass replacement, reframing, etc.
To help expedite this entire process, please include your full name, order number, preferred contact info (email address or phone number), and a description of the damage or issue in your email. If you suspect that the package was in fact damaged in transit, feel free to include the photos listed in the "Shipping Damage Claim Requirements" insert as this will only help speed things up.
