STANDARD LEAD TIMES
Just a friendly reminder that due to their custom-made nature, all of my 3D artworks are subject to lead times. To get a better idea of when you can expect your new acquisition, please confirm this information in the product details before placing your order. Please note that lead times are estimated (not guaranteed) and can increase without notice during peak seasons and around holidays.
WITHIN NORTH AMERICA
All 3D artwork purchases include FREE shipping within the United States and Canada via FedEx or UPS Ground. Deluxe and Essentials 3D Art Kits are shipped at a subsidized cost within the United States and Canada via USPS and Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size/weight and destination.

*Please Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed, and fluctuations in carrier capacity may cause actual times to change without notice. Additionally, Customs processing may extend delivery times. Orders are not processed on weekends or official holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International clients please see my contact form here. For 3D artworks, please include the name of the piece and desired size. For custom commissions, please include as much detail as possible about your desired subject matter, timeline, vision, and budget. This will enable me to better understand the scope of the project so I can draft a quote. Shipping method and delivery time will be determined on a case to case basis. For Deluxe and Essentials 3D Art Kits, please include the kit version names and desired quantities for each so that I can calculate your shipping/delivery costs. Additional duties and/or import taxes may apply depending on destination.
